A mindful tribute to the agricultural vein of Yakima created this corporate dream that serves an international market. An earthen berm serves a dual purpose as personnel are immune to the hectic freeway noise and able to see the calming view of the distant, rolling basalt hills. The structure has been staged to diminish heat gain and the need for artificial lighting.
